What we are for

Our mission

Ignis AI Labs builds sovereign infrastructure for decentralized finance. Our flagship platform, Umbrae, is live on Base. Our internal dev toolkit, Shadow Clone, is open source. Our security posture is audit-first, not bolted-on. We hire small, we ship, and we keep the network out of any one party's hands.

    We do not build for passive holders. A system that lets you hand over capital and walk away is a system that will eventually hurt you, so we do not build one and call it sovereignty.

How we got here

The story

We started with a focus on honest research over hype. Today the work is shipping.

Umbrae is the first DLMM on Base, live now, with SAGE AI and a proprietary arbitrage bot running in production. Shadow Clone, the multi-agent dev framework we use internally, is now an open-source toolkit that anyone can install.

Sovereign, our local-first bookkeeping software, is built but not yet released. It keeps your finances organized on your own machine rather than on someone else’s server.
