Include your NEUMA version, Windows version, the action you took, the full error text, and a screenshot when possible. Never include your license key.

How to test

Windows test pass

    Install the current build

    When the Windows installer is listed, download it, run it, and keep Windows Defender enabled.

  2. 02

    Activate and use the desk

    Enter your NEUMA license, open the desk, and work through the paths you normally use.

  3. 03

    Report exact evidence

    Send the version, action, full error text, and a screenshot. Never send your license key.
